Today, Saturday, I arrive at the body shop at 11:35 to ask for a quote. There's only one person there, probably having a car serviced. -He sees me and continues to chat calmly about this and that with a man next to me, pretending not to see me. I wait 20 minutes, thinking he'll come ask me if I need anything, like a normal person would. Nothing... Perfect return, I get in the car and leave. There are plenty of body shops in the area, and if this is the start, it's best to stay away.

Definitely a negative experience. A few weeks ago, I went to them for a quote to repair my car. When I asked for a quote, they started making a fuss and told me to come back when his colleague was there because he doesn't give quotes.
