Carglass causes damage and is unwilling to pay for it. On vacation somebody broke into my 6 months new car. The rear window was destroyed. After several phone calls with the insurance I was sent to Carglass Pandova. 2 days later I got an appointment and the window was exchanged. After a few days, however, on closer inspection, I found that Carglass Pandova had caused a significant amount of damage to my new car.
