My family and I were traveling through south of Italy and scratched our rental car. We were worried about the extra charges from the rental company so we stopped by Caretta shop and they were incredibly helpful! We couldn’t leave it there to get it fixed, but would have used their services if we had more time. Strongly recommend this shop!
Friendly and helpful staff
Today I needed them (through insurance), and they arrived for roadside assistance within 10 minutes of calling, professional and punctual. The operator, Antonio, was a true professional... he picked up the car in 20 seconds and took it where I had directed. Well done!
