The three stars are for the kindness and speed of service, but there's still a lot to be done in terms of transparency: what's said verbally must match what's actually done. Specifically, I was told they'd replace the entire lower bumper, when in reality they'd only replaced a portion, later justifying it with a lack of communication between the workshop and the office. What a shame...

Excellent staff, the manager walked me through every step, without disturbing the thoughts that might be troubling you when you need their help. I didn't know there was another body shop in the eastern Padua industrial area. I recommend them, avoiding the usual new Milanese ones.
