Reliable shop, expert, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly staff. The MTB was shipped to me very quickly, perfectly packaged, and even partially assembled. I just had to attach the saddle, mount the wheel, and align the handlebars. It was ready in 5 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Terrible experience. I returned my nephew's bike, which I had purchased ten days earlier because the gears were no longer working, and I expressed my concerns, certainly not positive, about the quality of the product sold. Instead of being reassured that the problem was promptly resolved, I was faced with a series of objections and insinuations about alleged damage to the bike due to what they deemed to be incorrect use, which was clearly not true. Aside from the unwarranted rudeness toward a customer, I find this behavior highly self-absorbed and unwilling to listen.

Kind, friendly, very professional, they know how to adapt to any situation. They know both two-wheelers and four-wheelers perfectly, or better yet, they know how to work on any vehicle, whether bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, or cars. They are also very good salespeople. The shop is well stocked with everything. I had my Smart serviced in less than an hour with brand-name products at a price three times lower than other repair shops. They also sell car parts at very competitive prices. If they've been around for almost 80 years, it means they're great. I'll never change them.
