Since I moved house, they've been taking care of the maintenance of my boiler and heat pump. The guy who comes is called Federico (I hope that's correct) and he's super professional, competent, kind, helpful, and polite. So many compliments, all well-deserved! Top!

Taking into account my needs, Mr. Fabio Binetti had a new boiler installed in just a few days. When contacting the office, I've always found them to be kind and helpful. Loran, Emiliano, and Andrea, the three technicians who performed the work, were polite, friendly, thorough, professional, and highly competent. They did an impeccable job. My only regret is that I hadn't known about the Binetti company beforehand, which has nothing to do with the superficiality and improvisation we are unfortunately subjected to on a daily basis! Extremely kind and efficient!!! The technician contacted me on my cell phone and patiently walked me through the process of resetting an alarm on my washing machine. And I thought I'd have to throw it away, but instead I solved the problem without spending a thing! Absolutely exceeded my expectations! :-))
