Bellini Service

I've been using Bellini Service for annual Vailant maintenance for at least 15 years, always with satisfaction. Over the weekend, I had a problem with the condensing boiler I installed four years ago. Luckily, as they recommended, I extended the warranty to seven years. The service was prompt, competent, and free. Very satisfied, I recommend it.

The technician seemed competent, but I had no complaints about the service itself. The boiler and system are almost three years old, and during maintenance, I was shown some dirty filters, which were later cleaned. The real problem is the lack of transparency regarding costs: over the phone, I was quoted a price of €100, but at the end of the service, I found myself paying €150, with the explanation that the cleaning had taken longer. I would understand a price increase if some parts needed to be replaced or changed, but I find it absurd to pay an extra €50 just for a normal cleaning that sho
