Just zero, because of an old guy with beard and glasses who was a kind of "prince of the gate" at the entrance to the roof of Milano's Duomo stairs in at 18th of June 2023 about 6 p.m. I never understand such a bahaviour. He could just keep my small swiss knife with 3cm blade, attached to car keys to my return or grab it politely with smile if necessary. Instead of this he tried to unseccusfully humiliate me and was extremely rude and unpolite. Serious companies like Axitea should't employ workers who are not a professionals.
