My spouse and I visited this office after a full year of waiting, during which we had already submitted all our documents and everything was perfectly in order. After reviewing our case, we were told that everything was complete and that we had come at the perfect time. We were assured that they could follow up on our application and significantly speed up the process, helping us obtain our cittadinanza in a very short time. They weren't any use for me. After my consultation, they told me they will call me after reviewing my case in a 2-3 days but they didn't. I e-mailed them a week later and they simply said the same thing (a week later)- why don't you update me then?. I shouldn't have spent 139 euros for this because I knew that much! Of course I am sure they are helpful for some but if you are offering consultants you should be able to manage harder cases! Everyone can handle the easy ones. I also want to add that their answer to me was simply to go back to my country!
