Really unpleasant!! I'm stranded with my car not far from the repair shop. I call them and explain the situation. To be accommodating, I walk to the repair shop to take the mechanic to my car as quickly as possible. I arrive, and they keep me waiting for 10 minutes. First, a part is missing, and then he has to give a bill to another customer. 45 minutes had already passed since the first call. The fact is, the owner shows up like a hawk (I think, or rather, I hope), rushes out of his car, asks me what I should do, and says, "Absolutely not!" We can't do that now! It's my first time there, and when someone goes to a mechanic for the first time, they're always a bit hesitant for fear of getting ripped off. Instead, I found professionalism, honesty, and I got my car back ahead of schedule. I waited to write the review, but as soon as I got the car back, I left Florence to go skiing in Sestriere, and I was really happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
