I took my Ford Puma to the Toia garage and was met with great courtesy and professionalism. I had my first service and had the battery replaced under warranty. I also finally managed to get a recall (though I won't name names, I'd been waiting a full seven months for it).

I've taken my Fiesta to Mr. Toia's workshop several times and have always been satisfied. This time, too, I can say that Mr. Toia did an excellent job; the braking performance on the driver's side of the rear wheel has improved significantly, despite the brake pads not being replaced. In fact, Mr. Toia, meticulous as always, delivered the Fiesta to me, telling me he would never install low-quality brake pads, because customer safety is his priority. Mr. Toia told me that the "cheap" brake pads, he said, could have been purchased immediately, as there is a wide selection on the market. However,

If there were many more stars to add, I would! The staff are knowledgeable in their field. I went there for the first time months ago by chance... I also found the friendliness and value for money to be excellent. Highly recommended. Mr. Leonardo Toia is always available and friendly; it's truly difficult to find people like him. I can only say that the courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism of this workshop surpasses any form of skill. What the Ford technicians in Palermo should have ascertained about the problems with my KUGA (various reviews on TRUSTPILOT) was discovered by Mr. Leonardo TOIA. I have nothing more to say than to thank him a million times for resolving the problems I encountered with my vehicle, and that it wasn't a question of "MY DRIVING STYLE NOT BEING SUITABLE FOR THIS TYPE OF CAR," as stated by the Ford service technician manager at GI.BI.AUTO in Palermo.
