I appreciated the clarity in explaining the work to be done and the honesty in not wanting to preempt work that I can wait a little longer. I'll always come back here from now on.

I went to this repair shop a few years ago. My car wouldn't start, and it seemed like there was an electrical problem. After a quick check, the owner concluded it was a faulty battery and offered me a replacement at a slightly higher price than average; however, I accepted the replacement because I needed to move the car quickly. When it came time to pay electronically, the owner told me he didn't have one. Even though this was questionable, I explained that I could pay in cash after withdrawing money. The owner then demanded that his son get in the car with me and follow me to the counter.

This family-run garage has been around for several years. Samuele, like his father, is very knowledgeable and reliable. If you have a problem with your car, this is definitely the place to take it, as they rarely fail to fix it. He's now my family's trusted mechanic.
