I had a problem with my Audi A6 allroad. I stopped the car because it was showing the alternator warning light. I consulted several repair shops, and they told me to deliver the car with a tow truck and a response time of 3 to 10 days. I'll have to return to Milan and then return to Florence without a quote (they suggested I replace the alternator, pulley, and perhaps the water pump). Maurizio and Stefano had the car delivered to me free of charge. In 45 minutes, they performed a technical repair that resolved the issue, including disassembly, inspection of the pulley and other mechanical part

If I could, I'd give it 10 stars. I was out of town, my car battery died, and I was stuck in front of a driveway. I looked for the nearest repair shop and called, explaining the problem. The gentleman who answered reassured me and said, "I'll be there in 5 minutes," and five minutes later, he arrived with his scooter and got my car started again. I spent a fortune, but the money wasn't the point; it was his courtesy that made me happy, and the promptness with which he arrived and solved the problem! Thanks again, thank you.
