Always very kind and honest. We've been going to this auto repair shop for several years now and have always been very satisfied. Highly recommended, especially for the courtesy of everyone, from the receptionists to the car dealers. Honest and fair, we feel we can truly trust them.

Not recommended. The owner is very rude, surly, and has high and, above all, inconsistent prices. To replace the cooling fan, the quote was €360. When I asked about the labor cost, I was told €130 (which is still excessive for a job that can be done in less than an hour), and ordering the new original fan would cost €130, which together makes €260; I don't know how they calculated €360. Given the excessive price, I wanted to take the car elsewhere, but he had already removed the fan without notifying me, so I had no choice but to have him install it (a dirty move in my opinion).

They're charlatans, forget about them. They always have problems, they fix things by patching them up, and they never know how to give precise or clear answers. Repairs take forever, and prices never match the estimates, sometimes hundreds of euros higher without even prior notice. They're often rude and complaining because they're too busy. It's obviously time for Mr. Benvoluti to retire if he's too tired to work.

Fast, competent and helpful service

I recently took my car to this auto repair shop for a repair. I was completely dissatisfied with the treatment I received in terms of professionalism, expertise, transparency, timeliness, and prices. This is a frank statement about my specific situation; it may conflict with the satisfaction of other customers, but it is certainly well-founded.
