Unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. It was really difficult to get through when calling their landline; they only responded to one email I sent, and only then while I was there in person (I had to ask for a reply because I needed to update my company and have a written record). Finally, in addition to bodywork, I had the vehicle serviced, and they returned the car to me without inflating the tires and with an empty cigarette pack thrown on the ground. However, I found the operators to be polite and kind, and when I managed to answer the call, they forwarded it to the body shop. I

Pathetic. I came to pick up a car at the other end of the world. The appointment was made during a very tight time slot (3:00 PM to 4:30 PM). I arrived at their appointment and after a 20-minute wait, they told me to call roadside assistance because the battery was flat. I'm honestly surprised that a garage can't even connect two battery cables and jump-start the car, yet I, as a customer, have to call Unipol roadside assistance. No one checked the vehicle beforehand or made themselves available to change or charge the battery, or even contact Unipol Rent. I must also add that the owner threat

Windshield replacement completed correctly. Poor customer service: I had to wait a long time for my vehicle to be delivered at the scheduled time, despite the scheduled time. No communication regarding the timeframe was given, and when I was finally given the information, it was incorrect: the car was delivered only the next day. No one even apologized; they simply handed me the keys. Avoid them in the future.
