I've been a customer for many years and I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review. The mechanics are good and the work has always been done well, but I recommend being very careful when getting a quote from the owner. The final price won't match the agreed-upon price, and financing is offered if you can't afford it. After this experience, unfortunately, I won't be returning and I'll share what happened with others.

The guys at the shop are really kind and very helpful, as is the owner/manager. Every time I spoke with him or the guys, they immediately understood the situation, offered advice, and the owner would help me save money if he could. I can't say the same about the two ladies who work with the customers. They are rude and arrogant. They put off coming to a great shop like this.

I've been using both the garage and the Body Shop Italia for years. They're efficient, precise, and professional. Their kindness and courtesy are top notch.

As for the bodywork, they're really precise and fast, I recommend them. Perfect work and friendly staff 👍🏻
