I contacted them for a quote to replace the air conditioning compressor on my 2021 Renault Zoe (the blades had crumbled internally—a manufacturing defect, however, not recognized by RENAULT). Given the above, I "recommended" that the quote also include a FREON GAS CIRCUIT FLUSHING (an operation that is always required when replacing a compressor). This will prevent the presence of pollutants in the circuit, which would compromise the functioning of the NEW COMPRESSOR. This process is "rightly" made MANDATORY by the SELLER of the spare part, under penalty of voiding the warranty on the NEW COMP

Terrible experience: they replaced my battery, which was working, but it was only six months old. The workshop manager was rude and overbearing; I don't know if he's more incompetent or dishonest.
