I found this company because of an emergency: before an urgent appointment, the garage door in my old garage jammed, preventing my car from exiting. They arrived as promised within 30 minutes (well, they said 20...) and fixed the problem quickly, letting me out. Then they calmly returned two hours later to do the actual repair. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

I had a bad experience. I chose him because he was asking a much lower price than the others, but then I found out why... Aside from showing up late (even though he said no), we agreed to solve a problem by doing two types of work. I gave him the keys and let him work. That evening, I spoke to him on the phone and he told me everything was fine, but I only found out later that he only did half the job (though he still asked for 90% of the agreed-upon price). When I called him, he apologized, and I had to figure it out myself to complete the job. I wouldn't recommend him.

Professionalism, courtesy, and great availability. He opened a security door for me after I lost a key. The work was clean and tidy. Excellent value for money. A positive experience! My compliments! Excellent!

I had burglars break in last night. I chose the first available door opener, and it was spot on! They arrived at 4 a.m., very fast, and highly competent. The price, considering the time, was fair. Highly recommended.

I was locked out of my house on a Saturday afternoon. I arranged to call and confirmed he'd arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 PM, as he's outside Bologna. When the agreed time arrived, he didn't show up, nor did he answer calls (leaving the phone ringing) trying to figure out where he was. I finally had to call the fire department. 24-hour emergency response, except when he doesn't want to. Avoid.
