I was looking for spare parts for shutters. Google puts them there, but when I went in person, they're a nice little shop, and I saw they only sell new ones. Even though I'm not an expert, they seemed quite expensive. At least the two ladies were kind and gave me an average price, which often isn't even mentioned here in Trieste, Italy!

Fantastic....I contacted them to replace a gate. They started off well, giving me an appointment a few days later. Three of them showed up at the inspection, took the necessary measurements, and left saying, "We'll send you the estimate within a week." A month later, I contacted them to find out if I lost the estimate or if they never sent it. The woman on the phone apologized for the delay, saying it was the locksmith's fault, but she was quick to contact them. Today is the perfect day for this review: it's pouring with rain and a strong wind, but I, protected by my new windows, am warm, draft-free, and enveloped in silence. I couldn't be happier! I'd also add that I found honesty, professionalism, good advice, and punctuality, during a decidedly challenging time. And, most importantly, they were able to collaborate well with the other companies who worked on the renovation of my apartment. Thanks to Consuelo, Michele, and their team. 🤗
