I stumbled upon it by chance after my car broke down on the highway. They were very helpful and quick, considering I had to drive back from Rome to pick up the car.

BE CAREFUL about taking your car to this body shop because if the damage to your car is high without first signing the blank credit transfer you will not even be able to get a detailed written estimate on their letterhead. I, to get a detailed written estimate, after having paid this body shop 250 Euros for nothing, had to take the car back and take it to another body shop who behaved in a completely different way.

They recommended the body shop in question to me, and I found them kind and helpful, but alas, some of the work was unfinished and the shades questionable. I had asked for a quote of around €800/€900 a month earlier. When I went there because I had been rear-ended and would therefore have been compensated, the €1300 work estimated by the expert wasn't enough to meet the minimum requirements, namely the parts being painted completely and in a single color! What a shame!

Just two words: NEVER AGAIN. I'm talking about the repair shop because I can't comment on the bodywork. They caused me enormous and irreparable damage. I was very sorry because we trusted them, and after all, not even a phone call of apology.
