Unprofessional, shutters that don't open, no quality control. Never mind customer service; I contacted them like all the other condominium owners, and they hung up on me. I contacted the builder, and after more than a month, we're still waiting for a date to inspect a dozen shutters. I find myself having bought a house in Belpasso with a shutter that's impossible to lift. And we're still waiting...

They charge a €30 call-out fee (without a receipt) to summon a supposedly incompetent technician. Instead of investigating the problem, he cuts the shutter cord, which had simply come loose from its guide, claiming the entire shutter shaft needed to be replaced. Despite repeatedly explaining the issue over the phone to supposed "operators," who obviously had serious difficulty understanding the concept behind the call, I was unable to communicate my intention to simply resolve the problem by unblocking the shutter.
