Agostini Fiorenzo Aprilia Authorized Workshop

Highly recommend, on a road trip from the uk, back tyre was getting to the point it would need replacing soon and engine had started sounding a little different yesterday and this morning, got recommended this couple from a facebook group so made my way, turned up and explained what was going on and he got my bike pretty much straight in and sorted it out, arranged for a tyre company down the road to replace tyre tomorrow, they don’t speak any English but that’s understandable I’m in Italy I should really know the basics, but help from google translate and another customer it all went smoothly

Canadian here. While travelling through the area to visit the Aprilia museum, we also made a stop to Agostini Fiorenzo Officina. My Italian isn't bad, but its also not the best. I went in to ask about specific information regarding my son's 2014 Aprilia Shiver 750 with a consistent oil leak along the right side front cylinder. The husband and wife team were very accommodating,listening to my issue and concern, and they BOTH diligently showed my on one of the Shiver/Dorsodouro they were currently working on, EXACTLY where the problem was occurring AND how to fix it. They did not have to do this

Extremely, bad customer service. I called to ask for a service. Me not speaking great Italian. I asked 1st if they had some that speaks English. The lady said no and hung up. I WAS GOING TO TRY TO SPEAK MY ITALIAN. This is very rude, maybe next time wait for the customer’s response. Instead of immediately hanging up.
