The job was done very well. There were some organizational setbacks. 1) I asked how long it would take to install the glass and was told a few hours, but the job was more complex and required more time. 2) Then the time was extended even further, finishing the next day, because the need for a freight elevator to move the new glass up and the old glass down from the eighth floor hadn't been foreseen.

I had all the windows in my house replaced. And I must say I immediately noticed a difference, as I'd had enormous problems with other recent renovations. However, I must say that the owner himself immediately rushed to my house to check it out and, with his team, took charge of the situation. Obviously, it couldn't be resolved immediately.
